When in-house people are pulled in to role play with their colleagues, it often results in awkwardness or amusement rather than focus and learning. Investing in professional actors eliminates this ‘cringe’ factor.

Our actors are trained to quickly get across a brief and perform in a no-nonsense, purposeful manner. They add authenticity and depth to the training environment, raising the stakes and the engagement level. Our actors have a skill set that allows them to understand behavioural motivations, react to what is happening ‘in the moment’ and articulate through feedback what effect a participant’s behaviour is having.
